For historical reasons, SCOOP I (Cologne and Hamburg) and SCOOP II (Wiesbaden) were legally independent companies. Because this separation no longer offers advantages and a merger of the two companies promises various simplifications, we have decided to merge. This will be applied retroactively on 01.01.2018. Martin Müller-Rohde, who was an acting managing director in SCOOP Wiesbaden, will be recognized as a member of the management of the merged SCOOP software as of today.
Regardless of this merger, SCOOP Software s.r.o remains an independent company in Prague.
