Because this constellation no longer offers any advantages and a merger of the two companies promises various simplifications, we have decided on a merger. This will be retroactive to Jan. 1, 2018. Martin M\u00fcller-Rohde, until then exclusively managing director in SCOOP Wiesbaden, is thus a member of the management of the merged SCOOP Software with immediate effect.
