For historical reasons, SCOOP I (Cologne and Hamburg) and SCOOP II (Wiesbaden) were legally independent companies. Because this constellation no longer offers any advantages and a merger of the two companies promises various simplifications, we have decided on a merger. This will be retroactive to Jan. 1, 2018. Martin Müller-Rohde, until then exclusively managing director in SCOOP Wiesbaden, is thus a member of the management of the merged SCOOP Software with immediate effect. Independent of this, SCOOP Software s.r.o in Prague remains an independent company.
